By using Sprinovo — a product of Kinetic Studios LLC — you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language — read them.
Sprinovo is a sprint-performance scoring tool for athletes. It takes physical test results — sprint times, jumps, strength lifts — and computes an estimated score using a published algorithm. Scores are diagnostic estimates, not medical assessments, professional evaluations, or guarantees of athletic ability.
You must be 18 or older to use Sprinovo. By using the app you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Sprinovo is intended for adults; it is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Sprinovo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as guidance for injury rehabilitation, training under a health condition, or sport selection. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program.
Your athlete profile, test results, and scores are stored locally on your device. You own your data, and this version transmits none of it — nothing is sent to us or any third party. You can delete everything at any time via Profile → Reset, or by deleting the app. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Use Sprinovo for personal athletic self-assessment. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the algorithm. Don't misrepresent scores publicly as official athletic certifications. Don't use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
The Sprinovo algorithm, scoring methodology, visual design, and brand are the intellectual property of Kinetic Studios LLC. The underlying research formulas and publicly available datasets referenced in Sources are credited to their respective authors. Open-source type (Geist, OFL license) is used under its license.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scores depend on the accuracy of what you enter and the inherent limitations of the prediction models (documented in Methodology). We don't guarantee that scores reflect your actual performance in any specific context — combine, game, or competition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, your reliance on a score, or any training decision you make based on app output. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after a material change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "last updated" date below will always reflect the current version.
